Jackie McDonough grew up in the automotive industry: her Dad was the General Manager of a car dealership in Bergen County , NJ for 30 years; her uncle and grandfather both worked for Buick’s corporate offices. So, it was only natural that Jackie started her career at a car dealership too. For ten years, Jackie worked at dealerships where she handled scheduling, administration, and customer service. Now, she’s joined the Atlantic Car Care team, her first independent automotive shop.

As Service Manager, Jackie is responsible for customer communication and office administration. “I love keeping busy and keeping things organized”, says Jackie, who has already made a great contribution to the systems at the shop. “I really like what Mike stands for”, she continues, “and I’m looking forward to the new challenges I’ll have in this role.”

When she’s not working at the front desk of Atlantic Car Care, Jackie spends time with her adorable 3 years old son Aiden and her parents, aunt, and uncle who have all relocated to the Wilmington area. She also has a golden retriever named Mackenzie, who is 10 ½ (human) years old!
